Dr. Kelly Morgan

Dr. Morgan fell in love with dentistry working at a local, free, dental clinic while studying chemistry at Mary Washington College, now known as the University of Mary Washington, in Fredericksburg. After graduating magna cum laude from MWC, she attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and was truly honored to study under some of the finest professors in dentistry. Dr. Morgan has extensive training with all variations of orthodontic care from simple cases to the most complex. She has been a member of two different Craniofacial/Facial Reconstruction Teams, specifically Louisville and Harvard. Dr. Morgan has had years of experience with complex cases that require orthognathic jaw surgery. She has personally had jaw surgery and therefore has a unique approach on both a personal and professional level. After receiving her doctorate, she studied orthodontics for two years at the University of Louisville, where she earned a master’s degree in oral biology and a certificate in orthodontics. She decided to plant roots in Lansdowne because she loved the community spirit of this area. Dr. Morgan lives in River Creek with her husband and 8-year-old son. In her free time, you can find her cheering him on at the local baseball field.

Dr. Marie Coffelt

Dr. Coffelt’s goal as a dentist is to continue to create new relationships and beautiful smiles. She attended the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry and received her certification in advanced general dentistry from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She holds a specialty certification in orthodontics and a master’s degree in oral biology from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She also holds a biology degree from Randolph-Macon College. Before joining our team, Dr. Coffelt’s extensive orthodontic experience included owning her own practice in Centreville, Virginia; working with international educator and speaker Dr. Alan Bagden in Springfield, Virginia; and, most recently, working at OX Orthodontix (included in the top 1% of Invisalign® providers in the world) in Columbia, Maryland. She is continually taking new classes in order to keep up with cutting-edge technology. She has received advanced training in the Light Force 3D Custom Bracket System and Invisalign® Teen 360, as well as completed an aligner-intensive fellowship program and an advanced clear aligner course. She has also participated in dental monitoring for cutting-edge virtual opportunities that can provide a high level of care for our remote patients. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Coffelt’s family lives in Northern Virginia. During her free time, she enjoys tennis, fitness and photography.

Caroline

Office Manager & Treatment Coordinator

Caroline joined Morgan Orthodontics in 2018 and has been an orthodontic office manager and treatment coordinator for nearly a decade. She loves watching our patients transform their smiles and gain confidence, and she is here to answer all your questions regarding treatment. She loves spending time with her family, watching football, and cooking.

Tina

Clinical Coordinator

Tina has been with our office for five years and is always going above and beyond to make our practice successful and our patient's experience exceptional. She insures that our clinical team is highly trained and keeps them up to date on the latest technology. In her downtime she enjoys crafting, kayaking, and spending time with her husband and son.

Halle

Treatment Coordinator

Halle has been a member of our team since 2020. She graduated from James Madison University with her B.S. in health sciences. She enjoys interacting with patients and getting to know them over their course of treatment. Halle loves seeing how patients smiles transform and enjoys being apart of each patients journey. Outside of work, Halle likes to run, cook, and spend time with her family and two dogs.

Cheri

Communications & Limo Coordinator

For the past several years, Cheri has been keeping things organized and helping patients feel at home. She loves working with the great team at Morgan Orthodontics, knowing that we can count on everyone here pitching in any time there is a need. Cheri graduated with a degree in art and interior design and spends her free time painting, swimming and traveling the world.

Pam

Patient Coordinator & Marketing Assistant

Pam has been with Morgan Orthodontics since 2005. She is a graduate of John Handley High School in Winchester, Virginia. Pam is committed to creating a friendly, effective and efficient work environment and enjoys being part of a great team, meeting new people and watching a patient’s confidence grow with each new smile we create. Her son, Lance, is studying law at the Widener University Delaware Law School. When she is not at the office, Pam looks forward to cooking, reading and spending time with her family at the beach.

Patient Concierge

April joined the Morgan Orthodontics team in August 2021 after moving to Virginia with her husband, Tucker, from Wisconsin (Go Pack! Go!). April loves working on such an amazing team and feels like everyone at the office is family! She loves meeting all the patients and getting to know each and every one of them! Especially the kids on our Limo! When she is not in the office, you can find her at home curled up with a book or cuddle up on the couch watching a movie with her husband and their beagle-lab, Ginger.

Brandey

Patient Concierge

Brandey has been a member of our team since June 2019 and loves interacting with patients and building relationships with them. She loves being a part of setting our warm, cozy, friendly atmosphere! She has a baby boy named Kyson and spends all her days with him, and enjoys doing her nails when she has a free moment.

Delaney

Lead Orthodontic Assistant & Lab Liaison

Delaney has been a member of our team since December 2019. She attended Northern Virginia Community College and loved studying anatomy! She loves being part of a team and helping to create beautiful smiles. She has two sisters. She moved to Berryville in 2020 and has loved the transition! Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dogs and boyfriend.

Bri

Orthodontic Assistant

Bri finished high school in Italy and went to veterinary school at the University of Parma before attending the University of Padua for international relationships and human rights. She joined our team in August of 2020 and creates great relationships with our patients, making sure they have a good memory of their visit with a smile and a laugh! When she is not in the office, Bri likes reading, meditating under her trees, cooking and planting.

Debbie

Orthodontic Assistant

Debbie joined Morgan Orthodontics in 2018. She studied at the University of Montana and has experience as a respiratory therapist. She loves her job and getting to know our patients. Debbie has three adult children and eight grandchildren, including two sets of twins! In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and being the best grandma she can be.

Amanda

Orthodontic Assistant

Amanda has been a part of Morgan Orthodontics since 2008. She loves watching our patients grow and seeing their confidence increase as their smiles change. She has four sons: Tyler, Tanner, Roger and Matthew; and one daughter, Savanna. In her spare time, Amanda likes to help out on their farm and spend time with her family.
