Dr. Kelly Morgan and Dr. Marie Coffelt value our patients and look forward to helping people throughout our community. To help spread healthy, beautiful smiles, we are glad to encourage patient referrals.

Current patients who refer a friend to Morgan Orthodontics will receive a $50 credit to their account when the friend starts comprehensive orthodontic treatment. Referral credit does not apply to immediate family members.

  • Fill out the patient referral form displayed below. Complete the fields with your and your friend’s contact information. If your friend starts treatment at Morgan Orthodontics, BOTH of you will earn the reward.
